2 mangos, peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 avocado, pitted and diced
salt, to taste
Chop up all ingredients
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Eat with whatever you’d like. I paired mine with chili lime plantain chips from sprouts and then topped it on some shredded crockpot pork!
